Acquiring a property calls for market knowledge, technical and legal expertise and a sure touch in negotiations. We take on targeted search mandates for residential and commercial property as well as building land, and accompany the process through to completion — from the first assessment through the review of land register, building fabric and income situation to the coordination of financing and notary.

This experience does not come from one-off deals but from properties we have looked after for decades. At the Stöcklin site in Arlesheim we first let the commercial space from the 1990s, then ran the management, and finally accompanied the site through to its sale in 2020. Anyone who has known a property for thirty years knows what it is worth when selling — and what it should be worth to a buyer.

If you wish to sell, we analyse the market value, propose suitable marketing measures and accompany you from the search for buyers to the notarial deed of sale. It is not only about the price: we look at who is buying and what will become of the property. With investment properties that means presenting the tenant mix and income situation so a buyer understands them — rather than the notary appointment being the moment the open questions surface.

Condominium ownership

From establishing the condominium to marketing and ongoing administration — with owner-occupied apartments we are at your side across the entire life cycle. At Bienenweg in Therwil we took on both marketing and administration: first bringing the units to the right buyers, then running the owners’ association. That is the difference from a pure sales mandate — we are still there when the first owners’ meeting comes round and the renovation fund becomes a topic.
