Swiss shop opening hours surprise anyone arriving from abroad: in Basel most shops close at 6.30 or 8 p.m. on weekdays, 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and on Sundays almost everything stays shut. The exceptions are Bahnhof SBB, where shops may open on Sundays, and petrol station shops.
This page answers the question not in general but for right now: it shows what is open at this moment — and with the time slider, what will be open this evening, tomorrow morning or on Sunday. Anything closed is hidden. Places without recorded hours stay visible, because not knowing is not the same as being shut.
