We collect personal data that you provide to us directly (contact form, enquiries, bookings): name, email address, telephone number, company name and details of the properties you are interested in. Technical data (IP address, browser type) is logged server-side.

3. Purpose of processing

Handling contact and rental enquiries · Execution and administration of tenancies · Fulfilment of legal obligations (registration, accounting) · Operation and security of this website.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not sold to third parties. It is disclosed only where necessary to perform the contract (e.g. authorities for mandatory registration) or where required by law.

5. Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies only (session cookie for the staff portal, cookie consent). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

6. Data retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the respective purpose, but no longer than 10 years in line with the statutory retention periods for business records (OR Art. 958f).

7. Your rights (revDSG)

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and data portability. Please send your request in writing to madiba@madiba.ch. We will answer within 30 days.

8. Data security

Data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to the internal staff portal is password-protected.
