We accompany owners’ associations across the entire life cycle. At the start there is often the creation of the condominium: the legal division of a property into ownership units with value quotas, rules and a use and administration regulation. This is where the foundation is laid on which the community later works — or falls out.
We then take over the marketing of the individual units and introduce the buyers properly into the community.
In operation we run the administration: convening, chairing and minuting the owners’ meeting, managing and building up the renovation fund, budget and annual accounts, coordinating maintenance and refurbishment, and mediating when differing interests collide.
